Yes, our shoes are 100% waterproof, not just water-resistant. We use a patented Dyma-tex membrane that keeps water out while allowing your feet to breathe.

How do I find the right size?

Vessi shoes generally fit true to size. If you are a half-size, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, especially if you plan to wear thicker socks.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 90-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How should I clean my Vessi shoes?

We recommend hand washing with warm water and a mild detergent. Avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can damage the waterproof membrane.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea. We are working on expanding to more regions soon.
