We want you to love your Vessis, which is why we offer a 90-day return and exchange window for all unworn products in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we make the process seamless and stress-free.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate your return or exchange.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, or receive a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then place your unworn Vessis back in their original box and secure it for transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship your new pair.
